Last September Sasan Esfandiari let my husband and me test drive a Veloster. I fell in love with the car. I was surprised that he remembered me and excited that he had a white Veloster in stock. We quickly finalized the paperwork that same evening and I am now enjoying the beautiful Veloster. My parents, my wife and I worked with Sasan Esfandiari on the purchase of my 2013 Elantra Coupe. The car was a gift from them and a surprise to me. When I first entered the show room I was greeted by Sasan a the purchase of my 2013 Elantra Coupe. The car was a gift from them and a surprise to me. He showed us a few cars to choose from, and then my parents suggested for me to look for a car I would like and Sasan showed me the Elantra Coupe. I immediately loved the car at which point my parents told me we were actually looking at the car for me. I was floored. So Sasan asked me what features I would want found my exact car, let me test drive it and showed me all the features At that point it became a matter of price, and I just have to say he worked very hard to make this surprise a reality for me. I have been in customer service for close to 24 years and have had the pleasure of dealing with many great customer service representatives, but only a couple in the car business and of the few I have known, Sasan is at the top of the list. I used Hyundai financing (and I can pay off the loan in as few as 3 months) to qualify for a $750 rebate and I worked with Rashid Ali during this process. Of course he explained the optional extended warranties to me but when I told him I was not interested, there was no pressure at all to include one of them in my financing. We have had a great experience with the Ed Voyles Hyundai sales team. Pat Losack found us a beautiful, barely used Elantra GT for a great price.
