The Saturday before Memorial Day I had just finished having lunch with my sister. Upon driving away I notice the check engine light on my 2013 Sonata and since I was just up the road from ED VOYLES having lunch with my sister. Upon driving away I notice the check engine light on my 2013 Sonata and since I was just up the road from ED VOYLES I decided to stop at the service department to see if they would take a look. Unfortunately it was around 3:00 PM and they close at 4:00. The Service Advisor was Jim HANHAM and he was great! After explaining what I had noticed while driving the car he expressed that they close at 4:00 and was uncertain as to getting the car looked at before closing. However somehow he got it diagnosed and provided me a loaner car. He explained they would be closed on Sunday but would have the problem fixed by 3:00 pm on Memorial Day. I actually got a call from Jim on Memorial Day at 2:30 PM telling me that my car was ready for pickup. The whole experience was totally painless in light of it taking place over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend the service department at ED VOYLES HYUNDAI and Jim HANHAM specifically. More

Sason was exactly the type of salesperson that I personally prefer. He was very expedient through out the process, but was willing to slow down at any point at which I had a question. Last September Sasan Esfandiari let my husband and me test drive a Veloster. I fell in love with the car. After the car had passed that test my husband wanted to buy it for me in November as a birthday present, but I was not ready to give up my 14 year old Hyunday Accent. Sasan seemed to understand because he did not put any pressure on us. I called Sasan seven months later when my Hyundai Accent had finally died. I was surprised that he remembered me and excited that he had a white Veloster in stock. We quickly finalized the paperwork that same evening and I am now enjoying the beautiful Veloster.
