I am completely impressed with Ed Voyles Hyundai. They exceeded my expectations and stand as the very first dealership that I'd ever refer my family and friends to. The shopping and purchasing experiences exceeded my expectations and stand as the very first dealership that I'd ever refer my family and friends to. The shopping and purchasing experiences were exactly what I needed. Ben Booker seemed to sense that I was a serious customer and allowed me the time and space to contemplate the options on the lot. He responded promptly when I texted or emailed him, and he proactively suggested creative ways to decide on the vehicle that was right for me. I went in with my eyes on a 2013 and was ready to settle for a lesser vehicle than I really wanted, but he moved me towards the 2014 that was everything that I wanted. I wasn't 'tricked,' I didn't feel 'sold to.' He understood what I wanted and worked with me to make the best choice. These are uncommon traits in a car salesman and precisely the traits that I, as a customer, want to see more of. More
I searched online and received a follow up promptly. I made an appointment and the sales manager was available when I arrived. He went through price options for both cars I was interested in down to final amounts and monthly payment options. He was up front with me on the price and any rebates available. He did not push me to make a decision then and there. I reached out to him multiple times the following week with questions and he was quick and courteous in responding to my emails and phone calls. He even came and picked me up at my house to take me to the dealership to purchase the car because I did not have anyone to take me so that I could drive the car home. He sat with me in the car and went over all the details and how to use all the features of the car. Even after the purchase, he has been there to answer any further questions and follow up. I bought a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon SE from them brand new in the same year. Now, only 27k miles later, the dual mass flywheel cutch assembly is gone and I have been babying this car. I contacted this dealer and was told they would need $800 just to look at it. Then after looking online I found a swarm of people complaining about the same thing leading all the way back to a class action law suit that Hyundai lost in 2003 and went right back to using them again, including some of their NEW cars still. They were rude and refused to help me in any way. More
My family has purchased a total of 8 vehicles from Ed Voyles going all the way back to 1977 when they sold Oldsmobiles. Five of them have been Hyundais, my most recent experience was this past August when I decided to trade in my 2005 Elantra (which was purchased from Ed Voyles) on a 2013 Elantra Limited. I had done extensive research and knew what I was going to pay. I was greeted at the door by no less than 3 people all with a good attitude, on a Tuesday afternoon. I came prepared with a cashier's check and we hammered out a deal on a new 2013 Elantra Limited ion about 2 hours. I was offered plenty of water/soft drinks and they were upfront and didn't jerk me around, which is why I came here. In the end, I drove home in my new Elantra and paid a fair price, well within my budget- and they did NOT play games even though I paid cash for the car and didn't try to pressure me into using their in-house financing. The car is EXACTLY what I wanted and I will be back in another 8-10 years for a new Hyundai. BTW, the old 2005 had nothing wrong with it, just wanted an upgrade- and what an upgrade the new Elantra is. I have always had this same hassle free experience with this dealership, they have been in business since the early 1970's with the same name for a reason- they are honest people. More

I went to Ed Voyles in East Cobb Atlanta as a referral. So sure, I expected a great experience and that is was. I don't however believe a dealer can build relationships and a decent reputation giving great service to those who are referred so I spent 3 visits and in the right time, interacted with other customers. All that I saw was customers engaged in what seemed like a great experience. I met a young couple who bought their first car together (Sonata LTD) and were beaming. I don't know everyones name but I was assisted by Errol, Sasan and Conley! I will say they are First Class all the way. There were 3 other guys in sales I would have been comfortable with as well as 3 I would have not wanted to deal with (it happens everywhere). Decisions based on just the over all appearance and disposition. I felt like I knew these guys, and it was about what I wanted, not what they wanted for me. The car sales industry gets a bad wrap, but I will say this... I went in "looking" and prepared o buy, and that I did. If this makes sense, I feel like they cared about my business, not the sale. Sasan would not let me sign until he was sure I was sure on the model/trim I wanted. (Sonata - and was torn b/t SE and SE Turbo) It was the 31st and they even said they could give me till the next morning. Who does that? If I ever move from Atlanta, I will come back there to Ed Voyles for my purchases. More

This is really late, But its better late than never! I bought my first car on my own on December 12th. I got excellent service from everyone at the dealership and got a great deal on my car! Had some minor issues with the car that I bought but Josh was the man and took care of it for me no questions asked..overall great first car buying experience and I'm already thinking about coming back and upgrading to a new Hyundai! Errol was a great sales person. He didn't pressure or do a hard sell. He answered all our questions pre purchasing and on the day I picked up the car, took all the time I needed to show me the featur or do a hard sell.
