My salesman was Very Trustworthy and Good on his word I arrived at the dealership with false hope due to experiences at previous dealerships. Was previously told I would be qualified to drive but the only I arrived at the dealership with false hope due to experiences at previous dealerships. Was previously told I would be qualified to drive but the only thing that was driven was my credit score!! I disappointed and had almost given up on car buying. I was referred here by my Aunt and decided to call... I was a little discouraged by the person who I had spoken with over the phone only because he didn't seem interested in selling me a car that day and because of that I almost decided not to go. However, my aunt suggested that I go anyway just to see if the experience would be different than the person I had previously spoken to. I arrived and was kindly greeted by Ben Booker. All I can say is he did an awesome of making it happen. I had a 1999 Honda Accord and was very afraid of financing due to stories I heard in the past of being drastically upside down in most cases and even driving off the lot with a car and finding out that the banks denied you. I was afraid of financing ANYTHING or even having my credit checked at this point... I had little to no credit and over 20 inquiries by the time I arrived. Benjamin told me everything I NEEDED to hear rather than what I WANTED to hear. He suggested that we get the paperwork in first, then once we get a number on what I am approved for...THEN we look at the cars. IT TOTALLY MADE SENSE!!!! All the other dealerships had gotten my hopes up and allowing me to test drive and look into cars I wanted but was getting denied every time afterwards. Once I got an approval; I was escorted to my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I WAS SUPER EXCITED....I almost didn't believe the car was mines!!! LOL. Ben also promised that my upgrade would be even better once I establish my credit. I know as long as Ben is an employee of Ed Voyles Hyundai dealership.... he's going to be a man of his word!!! Thanks Ben!!! for allowing me to regain my trust in car salesmen and dealerships!!! More
