Not happy Poor - Told me the hatch shade was extra and it came with the car. Acted like it was a comp. Said car had 200 miles on it, when it arrived had over 4 Poor - Told me the hatch shade was extra and it came with the car. Acted like it was a comp. Said car had 200 miles on it, when it arrived had over 450. We received discount for that after confronted. Did not properly break down discount and rebates and till this day we can not get it. Costco is looking in to this for us. Car has a ding and scratched on the hood. By the time the car arrived from a different location it was late about 5pm and winter sun and we did not notice the front end - the car is black. We did not leave till about 6pm. Finance offered us 1.99% and the ad we saw said .9%. We did not know this till after we got home. But it was never offered to us. Jim S - GM said he would hold our check for a few more days past Dec 15th and they did not... now we have a charge of NSF of $30. Funds are there we just needed time for the check to clear. More

So after days of looking for the perfect car we decided on a 2014 Hyundai Elantra at Ed Voyles. We saw the car as soon as we got there and decided we would get the paper work done for it. The original monthly payment promised was $284.00, Mr Whitehead told us it was going to be $325.00 a month, this was after the first credit report was run. When we told him what was promised he comes back with, "That lady right over there just bought that car, but its your lucky day cause a lady just traded in another better Elantra and we can get this for your monthly cost". Before I forget Mr Whitehead explained that you could tell when a Hyundai was in a crash because there are strips that prove it, after that one was "magically sold" the new car was better because that one had been in an accident after he just showed us all the strips. So we went inside after seeing the next car, and they ran another credit report and a hard check (which affects my credit scores). They also put Ally Financial as the finance company, did not even dicuss the change with us and the payments went up still. We were able to lower it a bit by deciding against a detail and inspection for $800.00, however Georgia has a mandatory safety inspection, that should show any recalls. They said they did the inspection yet failed to tell us that there is a recall. So from beginning to end they lied to us. More
