He was very thorough during the test drive and friendly. The car price was very reasonable plus it was my favorite color, blue! My only criticism is that I tried getting in contact with the dealership regarding a scratch on my trunk that I didn't notice while I was at the dealership but no one has responded to my email about seeing if they could correct it; I'll try contacting them again if I don't get back a response within the next couple of days.
