HORRIBLE CAR SERVICING If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would. I have had my Hyundai for almost 2 years now and each time that I have it serviced at this location my If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would. I have had my Hyundai for almost 2 years now and each time that I have it serviced at this location my experience gets worse. The first time I got my car serviced the service tech forgot all of the air seal caps for my tires, which caused me to have to go all the way back to get them. That was minor so I continued going... The second time I had my car service, the service tech rotated the tires. In order for him to do so he needed the bolts from underneath the layer in my trunk. When I picked up my car, all of the bolts were thrown in the trunk of my car and all of my belongs that were in my trunk were completely dismantled. The third time I had my car serviced the service tech did not bother to mention there was a nail in my tire, instead took the damaged tire from the back of the car and put it on the front. I rode around with a nail in my tire, unaware, for 3 months, causing me to put air in my tire 3 times a week. The last time I had my car serviced, 2/25/17, the service tech again forgot to put the caps back on my tires. Causing me to again, drive all the way back to Hyundai only for them to put caps on there from another vehicle, which caused the caps to be too small for my car. More

Ed Voyles ordered the part for me at my insistence so it would be waiting but it wasn't even needed. I went over today. There was a technical bulletin issued on how to reset the window. It was fixed in 30 minutes. I had spent 2 1/2 hours at the dealership in Charlotte and was misdiagnosed! First visit to Ed Voyles service department but not my last. Thank you Rob and crew. More
