Calling and getting a new lower payoff after a payment , which was withdrawn after the deal was signed and was supposed to be refundable, is a deliberate act, not an oversight. Then they lied to me when they said that they sent the original payoff amount and I would have a credit with Hyundai. They also falsely reported that the vehicle was grounded on Aug 15, although it actually was grounded on July 29. Additionally, Ed Voyles got a 20 day payoff amount but didn't pay off the vehicle for 25 days. More
