A happy supprise I went in to just test drive a car that I had seen on Edmunds.com. I was not sure about looking at a hybrid but figured a test drive wouldn't hurt any I went in to just test drive a car that I had seen on Edmunds.com. I was not sure about looking at a hybrid but figured a test drive wouldn't hurt anything. I took the car out and instead of guiding where to drive Jinetta just let me drive around getting a feeling for the car and trying out all of the driving features. She didn't try to rush the drive or try to sell the car. She did try to answer all of my questions; I had a lot of questions. On some she was not sure but double checked once we returned to the dealership. After the drive we talked about the car then talked price. We didn't care for the price offered but the dealership worked with us and came up with a way for compromise. At no point did we feel that Jinetta pressured us to buy the car or made us uncomfortable. Once the price was established we went to talk with Skip about the financing. Not sure what to say about Skip. The man is smart, funny, and a wonderful person to work with on the tedious matter of financing. He worked with us to find the best plan to pay for the car. He also dealt with the financing companies for us to negotiate with the locking of my credit information due to a case identity theft. Through all that he still made us laugh, an amazing man. To sum up, I just went to test drive a hybrid for the first time and ended up buying a car with people that made everything enjoyable. Thank you. More
