Only issue I have with the service dept is that I have android auto app in my car and it hasn't worked well since I got my car. Is it my car or my phone? Seems the service guys only have an apple phone so makes it hard to check out the issue with another android phone. . I suggested that hyundai buy them an android phone so they can provide service checks to us non - apple users. I am sure I am not the only one! Also would be nice to have my car washed when I take it in for service. Previous dealer I went to that was standard practice. More
You will get better service from Gomer Pyle at Wallys Had 8 am appt. Car was not seen until 9:06am. Total time to replace a plastic cover under the vehicle was 7 minutes. So I waited 1 hour for a 7 minute Had 8 am appt. Car was not seen until 9:06am. Total time to replace a plastic cover under the vehicle was 7 minutes. So I waited 1 hour for a 7 minute fix and then they charged me $62. I have purchased over $120,000 worth of cars at Ed Voyles over the last 2 decades and the best they can do is screw me in the service department. Unacceptable, do not go here to either buy a car or get it fixed. Go see Gomer Pyle at Wallys Filling Station in Mayberry. MUCH better service. More

Another great service appointment April has been my go to person in the service department for the past year. For this 12000 mile regular service the valet service picked up my Genesi April has been my go to person in the service department for the past year. For this 12000 mile regular service the valet service picked up my Genesis G80 at work and returned it on the same day when the service was complete. Communication with April and the drivers was timely and accurate. I'm a happy customer. Chris More

Terrible experience- either fraud or sheer incompetence I went for a regular, simple oil change - with a prior appointment ta 7:30 AM. Was expecting a quick turnaround in 30 -45 min - as I had recently don I went for a regular, simple oil change - with a prior appointment ta 7:30 AM. Was expecting a quick turnaround in 30 -45 min - as I had recently done a complete deep maintenance with them a few months back. They made me wait for over an hour - just to tell me that there are several problems with the car that needed attention. Among the recommended "fixes", I noticed that there were multiple items that were regular maintenance items in prior maintenance rounds. I have religiously followed the Hyundai manufacturer's servicing requirements - and ALWAYS at the dealer service centers. Hence, I have always followed recommendations like coolant flush, filter change etc - and was surprised to see that they were on the list. When I questioned the list, the service manager/ agent Cathy seemed embarrassed and apologized that they did not realize that my car had recently gone through a deep maintenance at their service center! It left me with a feeling of being cheated or at least an attempt at that. I declined all the work - and still paid over $50 for a simple oil change. Most importantly, I wasted over 2 hours and with no confidence of knowing what really needs fixing in my car, if anything. Terrible customer experience -and unless the dealership takes some positive action, they have lost me as a customer. More
