Great Customer Service The overall service is great. I have been in 3 times in the past few weeks for the same issue and every time I have dealt with Terrence. He keeps me informed of what is going on and advises ether it would be best to wait or take a shuttle. As an experienced mechanic myself I understand the issue I am having can be difficult to track down hence my being in 3 times for this. The only issue I have is the numerous phone calls and emails I have received regarding taking these surveys. 1 email is sufficient. Even after completing the survey from my first visit I still received phone calls and emails requesting I take the survey it’s a bit much. To be clear none of these calls or emails were from Terrence. More
