Alignment of Hyundai 2017 Tucson Took my car in to have to aligned last week. Was there almost 2 hours (with an appointment). Left dealership and noticed car was still pulling to the left. Made another appointment this week. Had Service tech, Jamie, ride with me. He agreed that car was still pulling to the left. After putting the vehicle up on the rack, he noticed that because one tire was newer than the rest (more tread), it was causing the car to pull left. He rotated the new tire to the back right and fixed the problem. Jamie was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I am totally pleased with the service he provided. More
