Last call, operator took a message to have someone call back and finally spoke to service advisor. I had to tell operator that no one is answering the phone in service department. More
Terrance made it right I was unhappy because my service was not covered by my warranty, but Terrance did everything in his power to make it right. Outstanding April was outstanding! She answered every question that I had, and she went above and beyond in reference to a claim I needed taken care of. My local April was outstanding! She answered every question that I had, and she went above and beyond in reference to a claim I needed taken care of. My local dealership couldn’t get me in to help me (Ed Voyles is not my local Hyundai dealership), but when I called, April was super helpful and took care of me. I will make a point to come to this dealership first, from now on. More
Took over 2 hours Went in for an oil change around 12:20 and left after 2:30.
