Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! My wife and I were in the market for a new car, and this Hyundai dealership just so happened to have a 2018 Toyota Camry that was perfect for us. As s My wife and I were in the market for a new car, and this Hyundai dealership just so happened to have a 2018 Toyota Camry that was perfect for us. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership Contia greeted us at the door and helped us find the car. She was very knowledgeable about the car and all of the features included, even though the car was a Toyota and not a Hyundai. During the test drive she Made it feel like she was really there to help us decide if the car was right for us, and not just to make a sale. When we were deciding to get the car, she was very upfront about what we would be paying, and cared about how this car would work for us and our budget. After deciding to get the car, Tia walked us through each step of the process to buy the car,and even stayed with us well after the dealership closed while we were with finance just to greet us on the way out. Even after the dealership closing, she made time to take photos of us with the new car. Tia was with us through every step, and showed us above and beyond attention. We can’t say this enough, if you want the best car buying experience ever go see Tia (ask for Tia)! More

Awesome service! I recently bought Hyundai Tucson from Ed Voyles dealership. My daughter is heading off to college and I wanted something that was safe and reliable. I recently bought Hyundai Tucson from Ed Voyles dealership. My daughter is heading off to college and I wanted something that was safe and reliable. I worked with Sandy Brown who treated my daughter like he was her own. He listen to us as we talked about her needs and helped me to make what I believe was the best choice for her as she heads are up north to the snow. I cannot say enough about the service. It is so important to have a dealer who listens to your needs and who treats you with care. My daughter was so thrilled to receive the car of her choice and color And Mr. Brown made sure he found her what she desired even if it requiredeven though it had to be shipped from another dealerAnd Mr. Brown made sure he found her what she desires even If it had to be shipped from another dealer. Damaged my car/ didn't tell me/ C STUMP NOT INVOLVED My Genesis was serviced on 6/18 and damaged on the bumper with a small but deep gouge. The bumper was almost new. Ed Voyles did not tell me about the My Genesis was serviced on 6/18 and damaged on the bumper with a small but deep gouge. The bumper was almost new. Ed Voyles did not tell me about the damage. I had to point it out. Ed Voyles said they would repair it. I was told to coordinate through the service rep handling my car. I told her I expected the bumper replaced and asked for a report on what was going to be done before the work was done. Repeated communications were met with statements that the body shop wasn't getting back with info. When I called today asking for info they said they had "repaired" the bumper instead of replacing it, which was not work that I authorized. They have not yet committed to fix their mistake in a satisfactory manner. More

Always great work and friendly staff Brian, the USAA rep. was great to work with, very understanding and personal attention. Really polite and respectful and has great people skills. Everyone I dealt with were very likable, they listened, very professional but able to joke and tease with you instead of being a robot. They all appear to enjoy their job and know how to do it. This was not my first experience having repairs by the Body shop at Ed Voyles and they always do great work and make the car repair look new again. More
