Great Service Liaison Cathy primarily manages the servicing of my Hyundai Tucson which I lease from Donlen through my company. She's great at being a liaison between me and Donlen in order to get my Hyundai properly serviced year round. I'm going to miss her as it's coming near time to turn-in my Tucson back to Donlen. My wife & I just bought a 2018 Kia Sportage from her sister store, so we'll be next door getting it serviced. I'll make sure to stop by and stick my head in to Cathy's office from time to time. I love her personality and service. She's a keeper!!!! More
Wait time I waited almost 3 hours on a monday to get an oil change. When my car finally came up, it took another 15 min or so for the cashier to call me to pay for the service. I was not expecting to be there that long on a monday. More
Inconsistent I went to the service dept for a minor warranty repair. The part had to be ordered, I scheduled an appt. and waited. I had to call and check on the part before I headed there to my appt., part not ready, so I scheduled another appt. Part not ready again. They did not keep me informed about the status, I had to contact them. I mostly dealt with Terence in the Service dept. there was also a female service advisor who was very unpleasant. Finally, after a long time for the part to be ready - my car was repaired. I dropped it off because I was told it would take approx. 4 hours to repair. The repair was completed in 4 hours. The cashier - Lisa Torres was nice to work with, very friendly. I purchased my vehicle from here because I had trouble with the previous Hyundai dealership. I hope this is not an indication of future service calls. More

The sales manager was great and negotiated a great price on the car for me since I was a repeat customer. The sales rep we used is not listed below, he works at Ed Voyles KIA. When the KiA did not meet my expectation he worked with me at Hyundai. I was his very first sale with Ed Voyles. You would never have known he was a new hire. More
Scheduled Warranty Service Visit Took Way Too Long Our 2017 required it's second standard warranty visit. Services provided included: oil change; tire rotation; 27 point inspection; recall campaign (1 Our 2017 required it's second standard warranty visit. Services provided included: oil change; tire rotation; 27 point inspection; recall campaign (17-01-062). I scheduled an appointment for this service with a "customer waiting" status. My wife brought the vehicle in and this "simple" service took 2.5 hours to complete. Not once was she updated on the delay or progress, no explanations. This is unacceptable. More

The salesman said they would sell me a key at dealer cost.....went back to buy the key and it was going to be $288.00 plus $65.00 to program it. I can buy the key online for $135.00 so dealer cost can't be $288.00 Other than that it was a good experience. More
