I called to set up the appointment with Cathy S, and then proceeded to change that appointment many times over a two-week span, due to my daughter’s work schedule. Cathy was unfailing kind to me when, yet again, I had to call and change! The service department performed the needed repairs, plus they called and informed me of the need for front brakes. Great Customer Service My wife and I were on our way to look at a Nissan Murano when we passed the Hundayi dealership and decided to pull in and look at their SUV's. We were My wife and I were on our way to look at a Nissan Murano when we passed the Hundayi dealership and decided to pull in and look at their SUV's. We were greeted by Reid Glenn who treated us as friends and not just as customers, right from the start. We didn't find anything on the KIA lot so Reid took us next door to the KIA dealership and showed us a few cars. We found a KIA Sorento that we liked and made the deal. While in the dealership, Drew Tutton, I assume to be GM, came up and introduced himself to my wife and me. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, especially Reid Glenn. I have bought many cars in my life and I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable experience of them all. More

Started great but ending spoiled the whole thing The day started out great until I went to finance the car. Josh (I believe his name is) was incredibly rude, distasteful, and condescending.
