New car purchase I would like to commend sales rep George who over achieved my expectations .This is our third Kia from Napleton Kia .Our last sales rep was Vincent a I would like to commend sales rep George who over achieved my expectations .This is our third Kia from Napleton Kia .Our last sales rep was Vincent and we felt somewhat uncomfortable at first with someone else,but George charmed us and had us believing he had our backs.He spent time with my wife finalizing the best deal for us and explaining how the cars features worked.He even set her bloothtooth for her phone.I may not be high on the financing guys because they"re just to swamped with customer request,but Darius knows how to mend fences.Also George knows how to follow up and keep up appointments.He wasn't about to let me buy a honda from another dealership in Lisle.Did I forget to mention your service guy Salman Syed.You need to hire 10 of him.
