Traded in 2017 Chevy for a new lease on a 2020 MDX, Saleman was great but the dealership as a whole was very disappointing. This dealership drug it’s feet on paying off the car I traded in so now in th Saleman was great but the dealership as a whole was very disappointing. This dealership drug it’s feet on paying off the car I traded in so now in the middle of a home refinance, I get a 50 point deduction on my credit report. Tried dealing with a manager several times and after being told my car was paid off and that I wouldn’t have any issues, Here we are. My previous car loan said I’m responsible for late payments and they will not repair the credit because they said it’s the dealers fault. I’m thankful that my father in law is a lawyer because he’s sending a letter Monday. Stay away from this Dealer and if you don’t, watch your credit report. Very shady guys More
