This dealership is a disaster. Went in for a scheduled appointment for a solo test drive which was approved via email by the dealership. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to retrieve the vehicle after I a appointment for a solo test drive which was approved via email by the dealership. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to retrieve the vehicle after I arrived because it was blocked in by another vehicle and they lost the keys to the other car. Then they asked for my insurance card and when I retrieved it they denied me a test drive because I’m covered on a family insurance plan and my name is not on the card. I spoke to the manager before I left to express my frustration and he told me it was my fault because I didn’t know their policy and that I “wasn’t covered by insurance” even though I am. Terrible service. And also, the salesperson didn’t wear a mask the entire time I was there. More
