Ed Napleton Acura

I made an appointment to check out an Acura at Ed Napleton Acura recently. I arrived 15 minutes early. I had driven from Milwaukee, WI to Elmhurst, IL. First of all, I waited a while before anyone approached me. Finally someone did come & asked if I had been helped. I explained that I had an appointment to see a 2018 Acura which had ONLY 16,572 miles for $23,499. I felt this was too good to be true and I was right!!! The salesmen went on to tell me the car had been purchased 15 minutes before I arrived. I asked the salesman how could this be when I had talked to someone earlier that day & was assured the vehicle would be available. I was so upset. The salesman then tried to sell me a new 2021 Acura. I felt this is just a scam of theirs where they lure people in, tell them the car was just sold and then try to sell another vehicle. Please.......DO NOT GO TO ED NAPLETON ACURA!!!! YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT. More
