Connor, Mark (Sales), & Mark (Finance) were extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They went the extra mile to ensure that the entire process worked out smoothly from trading in my old helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They went the extra mile to ensure that the entire process worked out smoothly from trading in my old car to purchasing a new one. Mark (Sales) was extremely patient and super friendly and easy to deal with and even made sure that the heat was turned on in the vehicle when we were finished so that our newborn baby stayed warm. Connor was great at negotiating a reasonable deal with us that we were happy to work with and ensured that everything went through. Mark (Finance) was super nice and explained the entire finance process very clearly and helped us finalize all of the paperwork and documents. I went in to buy a 2014 BMW listed for $15,998. I was Initially assisted by a very nice guy who explained everything about the car and took me for a test drive. Then we sat down to talk about the deal. I Initially assisted by a very nice guy who explained everything about the car and took me for a test drive. Then we sat down to talk about the deal. I asked about a 48 months financing with $1,600 down. I have an excellent credit score. A quite nasty short guy with glasses and gray hair got in the middle saying “ so what’s going on here?”. This without even introducing himself or asking about what I was looking for. I answers that I was trying to understand what my monthly payment would be and he replied “ why are you saying it like that?”? I answered that I was just trying to understand how much I would have to pay for the car. He said ok and then came back with a number that was $490 per month for 48 months with $1,600 down. So that’s basically almost 10k more than the listing cost of the car. Now, I think there are two options: 1) you guys think people are idiots ; 2) you are out of your minds and I’m not sure how you can still be in business with such nasty sales(half)men and “deals”. Worst place ever. Stay away. They try to attract customers with inviting car prices to then attempt to screw you over. More
