The person who called me to set up the appointment instructed me to ask for the "VIP Manager" when I come to the dealership who would supposedly know which vehicle I'm interested in and make sure I'm taken care of. So I asked for the VIP Manager but this was just some stupid glorious title for one of their multiple managers who came and greeted me and had no idea who I was or what vehicle I was coming to see. He then introduced me to only salesman who looked like he was available and hungry for a customer, whose name I will not mention. The manager also tells me I"ll quality for some additional incentives because I own a Honda and a Volvo in my household. This was a lie. Now Acura may not be at the same level as BMW or Audi but let's not forget this is still a luxury brand, yet the salesman I sat with for 90 minutes didn't even have a business card to hand out. Really bad and unprofessional if you ask me. Nothing "VIP" about this place or my experience. There was barely a place to park. The entire parking lot was a mess. It was a bush league version of an Acura dealership. After the test drive we began negotiating the lease terms. The salesman went into an explanation of all these add-ons to the vehicle that they'd be charging me for without the option to decline them. He also quoted me a price of about $10,000 HIGHER than MSRP. I left this dealership and will be purchasing the MDX at MSRP (no discount off MSRP but certainly not $10k OVER!!). Yes, they tried selling me a MDX for $73,000. I received a follow up call from Marta who was calling to ask me how my experience was. I called her back and left a message but she never responded. Run away from this dealership. I traveled 2 hours to buy a 2022 MDX. Wade had the gall to not honor their online price and ask $10,000 more than the MSRP. $71k for an A-Spec? No way. His manager said it’s b a 2022 MDX. Wade had the gall to not honor their online price and ask $10,000 more than the MSRP. $71k for an A-Spec? No way. His manager said it’s because there’s going to be a shortage of cars soon, and they have the largest inventory, so they can place a premium on their cars. Well f**k that. Went to Muller Acura and bought one at sticker price. No games, and no lies from their sales people. I will NEVER EVER do business with Napleton. I will tell my friends and family to take their business elsewhere as well. More
