I purchased a '21 Mazda CX-30 from there. Chance was my salesman. He's nice, personable, and most importantly for me, no where near pushy to make a sale. I highly recommend him. Edit: When I bought the car, it had a large crack in the windshield they said they were going to replace. An appointment was made for noon at a later date, but they said the third party company they use gave them a window of 12-5pm for the replacement to be done. This is where it becomes a problem for me...I live in Peoria...2 1/2 hours from the dealership. The company they use wouldn't drive to me (I get that), so I had to come back to the dealership. Now, that's all well and good if you live in the area, but because I'm so far away, I had to sit and wait. The company was supposedly going to arrive to replace the windshield somewhere around 1-1:30pm, from what I was told, and it should take about an hour for the work. Of course, it took longer, and they weren't done until 4pm (I don't know when they actually arrived or if the replacement took longer than expected). So, adding my driving time to and from to the 4 hours I waited for the work, it was a 9 hour ordeal...fine for someone in the area, since it erases the driving time and the wait can be at home, but unacceptable for my situation (and yes, they knew where I was coming from). Why couldn't they just have used a local third party company, or even just the Mazda dealership in Peoria? Well, I was told I would have to pay for the work if it was done anywhere else. UNACCEPTABLE. I wasted my time and, maybe more importantly, money, since gas is $5+ a gallon. The trip is 306 miles total and I got 26.2mpg...that's $58.40 I wasted. Thanks, Ed Napleton. Second edit: after this review, customer relations got a hold of me to "make things right." She offered to reimburse me for my mileage to and from the dealership, but that she would have to speak with her manager first and that she'd call me back the next day. After waiting three business days for a call, I called her. She said management told her not to call me back and let the salesman handle things from then on. However, no one told me that, so I assumed I would still get a call from them. Apparently, no one but the salesman follows through with the things they said they'd do. The salesman was great...5 stars for him. Service and customer relations, however, one star since zero isn't an option. More
Wade Qin is one of the most helpful and easy sales person to negotiate with. He knows what he is talking about on the vehicle he is selling. Went to this dealership last week to look at a 2009 Nissan Versa. Manager Jay came out to greet me with a very bogus comment that I'm a VIP customer and that I will buy a car from them. Then, he handed Nissan Versa. Manager Jay came out to greet me with a very bogus comment that I'm a VIP customer and that I will buy a car from them. Then, he handed me over to some new kid by the name of Flabio (woe what a name). Took the car for a test drive. Then I went to other dealers to look at two other cars. When I cam back, I was all set to purchase the Nissan. This car was listed at $5,995. When Flabio came back with the paperwork, I asked for him to consider a cash discount or a senior citizen discount, and they would not take even one penny off the list price. Then, to make matters worse, I had a trade-in. I could not believe my eyes, when all they could offer me was $100 for my Nissan Frontier pick-up truck! These people at Ed Napleton are heartless, rude, disrespectful, and will not give people a deal. Oh yeah, and then manager Jay came walking back and he told me to take my Frontier to Carmax because they could give me a better deal. Unbelievable experience! I walked out of their never to return! More
