Not a chance. You had multiple opportunities at the time. Your GM failed to respond. Your Service Manager failed to correct the issue. I learned over a short period of time the Service Manager was replaced. I talked to the new Service Manager who recognized you had dragged me through the mud. He said that’s why he was there, to fix it. Well, my next visit to service was same Ol’, same Ol’. I was hesitant to move my business from McGrath Westmont before this ever happened. I learned my lesson. You ripped me off, your Sales Manager was a scammer and you got caught. I contacted Honda Corp and other than them contacting McGrath to address a couple of my concerns, they said nothing they can do. This isn’t the Honda I used to know. By the way, any service bulletin on the brakes yet? My brakes have made some crazy weird rubbing noise since the car was brand new. Your service department told me 3 times it was a known issue for a year and a half. They were waiting on a service bulletin that never happened. So nearly 40k for a brand new car with noisy brakes that won’t fix. Understand why you have lost my business yet?
