Everything about this dealership was a disaster from car purchase to service needs. I gave them several opportunities to correct the problem. I was scammed during my purchase and over 3 years later I just purchase to service needs. I gave them several opportunities to correct the problem. I was scammed during my purchase and over 3 years later I just got a check for $36 due to a class action lawsuit in which Napleton group had to pay out over 9 million dollars for scamming customers. I've taken all my service to nearby Acura dealer where my experience has always been good. I wrote the GM and left him a message back when I was experiencing problems but he never responded. I had a friend, who I warned, but a car there shortly after I did. He was given promises in writing which the dealer would not fulfill, even though in writing. Last I knew the Sales Manager that scammed me went next door to Kia. Wonder why. Doubt he's still there scamming people. More
