We bought a Nissan Armada last summer from Lawley Nissan and they gave us a tremendous deal through USAA and an outstanding quote on our trade-in. Mitchell Ada was our salesman and he was great. For the last month we have been looking around Phoenix and Tucson for a mid-size sedan. We had the USAA quote in our hip pocket and could not get any of the "big-city" dealers to honor the quote and they played big-time games low-balling us for our 2004 Chevy Tahoe trade-in. After getting sick of the games we again went to our "small-town" dealer in Sierra Vista and worked with Mitchell Ada. AGAIN he worked a tremendous deal for us and we purchased a 2011 Honda Accord EX-L. We probably won't be purchasing a vehicle for a long time, but we will be recommending Mitchell to all of our friends. More
I have been a fan of the Xterra and an owner of a 2002 model. So I knew I wanted another one. Prior to visiting Lawley, I have done numerous rebuilds of the model/options I wanted both on Nissan's site an model. So I knew I wanted another one. Prior to visiting Lawley, I have done numerous rebuilds of the model/options I wanted both on Nissan's site and on USAA, so I knew what I wanted and from USAA, how much I was willing to pay. So all the homework was done previously. We were recommended by a friend to see Mitch at Lawley, so we scheduled a visit for a test drive the day before Father's Day. Drive went well and afterwards, we spent some time walking around thinking about our decision, and during that time, we were not pressured and when we had questions - Mitch had answers for us. When we decided to purchase one - Mitch provided us financing options based off our USAA quote. I wanted a red version, which they didn't have. Mitch searched the system for other Arizona dealers and could not find one that met my model/option requirements. So we ended up purchasing the Night Armor. Everything went very well with getting the vehicle finalized, and they even detailed it very nicely while we were waiting on the signing of paperwork. We did get extra packages that I am not sure whether we needed or not (security/paint) - but in the end, I chalked it up as extra insurance. I would recommend them, and when we plan on upgrading our van, we plan on going back. Great sales and will check service in the future. If I had any issues about my purchase - it is only about the color. Not their fault, and I didn't have to buy it then as I wasn't pressured with special deals or pricing only being available for a limited time type of talk. I bought it simply because I wanted the newer model. Will end up doing a paint job later. But great service from the team, and especially will ask for Mitch again when we are ready for the next vehicle. More
