The service department charged me for 7 qts of oil when changing the oil on my Ford Expedition, been using Kreiger/Ed Morse for years, always charged for 6qts of oil until this last time. Took my truck in due to the transmission experiencing hard shifts. Gwen and Casey went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. On top of that, the technician was able to reprogram my transmission and it shifts better now than what it did when I drove it off the lot.
