The service department charged me for 7 qts of oil when changing the oil on my Ford Expedition, been using Kreiger/Ed Morse for years, always charged for 6qts of oil until this last time. Took my truck in due to the transmission experiencing hard shifts. Gwen and Casey went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They kept me informed of what was being done to my truck. hard shifts. Gwen and Casey went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. On top of that, the technician was able to reprogram my transmission and it shifts better now than what it did when I drove it off the lot. I was disappointed with the service. My vehicle was there for a routine oil change, rotation of tires, etc. and a wash. The cost of the oil change had greatly increased since my last visit, the tires were not rotated due to swollen lugs (This is a newer vehicle and have had other vehicles in the past for a much longer time and have never had/heard of this problem. Plus, the woman before me was told she had the same issue with her tire lugs. Hhhmmm. I was given a cost estimate for new lugs.), and my vehicle was not washed because there wasn't anyone in the wash department. Very disappointed! More
