Had appointment at 10 am truck didn’t get fixed and no updates had happened besides to call and ask for permission to work on it . I called multiple times and was told she would call me back and I never g updates had happened besides to call and ask for permission to work on it . I called multiple times and was told she would call me back and I never got a call. I decided to come check in person around 4pm and was told it was diagnosed but didn’t have time to work on it. If I had gotten a call to make another appointment it wouldn’t have Ben a one star but no commutation happened instead of the first call to get approval More
