I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I was disappointed that there was no online scheduling, as well as no online discounts on their website. I never got a sticker showing my next oil ch I was disappointed that there was no online scheduling, as well as no online discounts on their website. I never got a sticker showing my next oil change, and my hood area was covered in greasy palm prints. All that being said, they did provide me with the normal oil change tire rotation discount, and did the oil change relatively quickly. More

Service scheduling has been farmed out to unknowledgeable staff that doesn't have access to accurate information to appropriately schedule an appointment. 4 telephone calls. 16 minutes of being on hold. A request for a call back that went un-responded to and not being able to contact the person AT the service desk. Vehicle still has 2 warranted service issues that have yet to be resolved. More
