When I bought my car, I purchase the Global Protection Plan - Gold Coverage. The way that it was sold to me described that if I have any necessity of break pre maintenance it would be covered. My car started to make a noise from the rear brake, whistling. I discovered that the protection plan did not cover brake disc and pad replacement, which are frequently required maintenance in the brake system. I felt deceived and disappointed with what was sold to me. Lastly, I was quoted $367 for a service that was sold to me as covered under the "Gold" plan. I didn't take out a "Gold" plan just to cover filter and oil changes and Tire Rotation. More
No waiting at appointed time, no hassle or upselling, all done including free wash in just over one hour. I have my choice of many service locations & dealers and I intend to continue getting my service at M done including free wash in just over one hour. Making an appointment was easy. Appointment was within 1 day of call. Waiting room is spacious with popcorn, water bottles, tv, magazines and the restrooms nearby. I got an oil change here (the works) and when I checked afterwords they had not filled up the other fluids such as my coolant and brake fluid as advertised in the fluids top off. Travis has no customer service skills. He did not check on me in the waiting room, and he let me sit there for an extra 45-50mins after my car was finished.
