I was disappointed with the service. My vehicle was there for a routine oil change, rotation of tires, etc. and a wash. The cost of the oil change had greatly increased since my last vis My vehicle was there for a routine oil change, rotation of tires, etc. and a wash. The cost of the oil change had greatly increased since my last visit, the tires were not rotated due to swollen lugs (This is a newer vehicle and have had other vehicles in the past for a much longer time and have never had/heard of this problem. Plus, the woman before me was told she had the same issue with her tire lugs. Hhhmmm. I was given a cost estimate for new lugs.), and my vehicle was not washed because there wasn't anyone in the wash department. Very disappointed! More
