The service department charged me for 7 qts of oil when changing the oil on my Ford Expedition, been using Kreiger/Ed Morse for years, always charged for 6qts of oil until this last time. Took my truck in due to the transmission experiencing hard shifts. Gwen and Casey went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They kept me informed of what was being done to my truck. hard shifts. Gwen and Casey went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They kept me informed of what was being done to my truck. And, when the shuttle was not available, they grabbed a used car and gave me a ride to work. On top of that, the technician was able to reprogram my transmission and it shifts better now than what it did when I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Ed Morse Ford in Muscatine’s service department. More
