I made an appointment the next day to find out why my truck blue tooth went all static when I used my cellphone. It had fine for 38 months and two weeks it wasn't. They ran test and I was told it was my truck blue tooth went all static when I used my cellphone. It had fine for 38 months and two weeks it wasn't. They ran test and I was told it was my phone. I say xxxxxxxxx!!!! . My phone is three years old and works fine outside the truck! And I know if i Bought a new phone And i it didn't you or Ford would not reimburse me!! If I find by using a friend Phone and it works then i would apologize. More

I think they are a bunch of Liars I use to be very loyal to them and only go to them. They did a bunch of work to my truck. Including changing the motor. I even brought a bunch of people to them that was lo to them and only go to them. They did a bunch of work to my truck. Including changing the motor. I even brought a bunch of people to them that was looking for vehicles. But now I tell them not to go there because they will not honor the warranty. They even told me that my truck isn't worth fixing. Like who the xxxx are they to tell me that my vehicles aret worth fixing. I will never go there again and I'm telling everyone I know not to go there. They are nothing but a bunch of Liars. More
