Ever since Ed Morse took over, the service department has gone down hill! The service isn't great, my car has been in the shop 3 times now and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. it took me taking has gone down hill! The service isn't great, my car has been in the shop 3 times now and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. it took me taking it to another garage to figure out what's wrong with it. I brought it back for Ed Morse to fix said issue under warranty. I got it back last week and it's still not fixed! More

Had an oil change scheduled at Tuesday April 9th 2025 left it and told them I needed it at 1pm. Went to pick it up at 1pm they hadn't even looked at yet. They called around 3pm and said it was done. Too left it and told them I needed it at 1pm. Went to pick it up at 1pm they hadn't even looked at yet. They called around 3pm and said it was done. Too busy to get to it. Not very reliable I do not plan on taking it back. All they offered was 10.00 off next oil change More

Jovany was so great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose and was able to answer all of our questions.
