I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I was disappointed that there was no online scheduling, as well as no online discounts on their website. Service scheduling has been farmed out to unknowledgeable staff that doesn't have access to accurate information to appropriately schedule an appointment. 4 telephone calls. 16 minutes of being on hold.
