My car problem was not fixed, hours after leaving my AC stopped working. When there I was told there was a leak in the hose but they didn't take the time to find where it was leaking from so when they char stopped working. When there I was told there was a leak in the hose but they didn't take the time to find where it was leaking from so when they charged up the AC, charged me $300 and sent me on my way. It blew the hose about an hour later and I could hear loud hissing while driving. I wanted a refund since they failed to fix the problem, I do not want them doing the work (they replaced hose almost 3 years ago and it failed), they refuse to refund my money. Service manager James and the dealership GM were very rude. I would never recommend them. More

Service was on time. But the invoice showed a charge for (6) qts of oil and my car only holds (5). Called them on it and they said that's the way everybody does it now. Since the new ownership, the communication between the staff and customers has never been worse. I dropped my car off the night before for a 10am oil change only. I had to call twice for updates on my ser staff and customers has never been worse. I dropped my car off the night before for a 10am oil change only. I had to call twice for updates on my service and after almost 6 hours I got a call saying it was done. My husband who was still on the clock at work came to pick it up and IT STILL WASN’T DONE. Not to mention the price has gone up at least $25 since I started getting my service done there in 2020. Absolutely ridiculous to pay $76 for only an oil change. No tire rotation or nothing. I will never be coming back! Not for service. Not for new vehicle. Nothing. More
They really care about giving the best service to my vehicle. They treat me with courtesy and friendliness. Still not resolved. We have brought the car in for the same thing twice and now have to bring it in again.
