Honestly, I did not catch the names of the two wonderfully polite and patient guys who came to my rescue and charged the battery enough to drive the vehicle to the dealership. Compared to Krieger's, I think it sucks! I'm sure I won't be contacted about this and that's fine. I have no intention of coming back!
