Not everything was disclosed in the agreement. 2022 Ram 1500 with 45,000 miles. I bought the truck on Friday and the salesman said the only thing wrong was the taillight bulbs needed to be replac 2022 Ram 1500 with 45,000 miles. I bought the truck on Friday and the salesman said the only thing wrong was the taillight bulbs needed to be replaced. They delivered it on the next Tuesday with the lights still not working. I had the truck for 30 min before I found the emergency braking didn’t work, the sun visor was ripped out of the socket with a broken wire. Sent it back and they had it for a month before I got it back. Tail lights were fixed but the emergency braking still didn’t work and they glued the sun visor into the socket. I will never buy from them again. The only thing disclosed was a dent on the truck bed which I agreed to. The previous owner which I was told was a salesman pretty much broke the bent the front bumper and I assume that’s why the emergency braking sensors don’t work. Ran into something denting the side of the bed and I don’t know what he did to break the sun visor. I am 3 months in on repairs and have had the truck in my possession a total of 4 weeks. More

We had to call because my wife's car was in need of a replacement mirror and a service Teck named James had taken charge. He called us and we set up a date to have the mirror installed but he was not re replacement mirror and a service Teck named James had taken charge. Then we were placed with a different Teck and they kind of forgot about us. We had to call and get someone's attention.
