I had heard their advertisements on the radio and they claimed no ""high-pressure sales tactics"". That was fine with me, I am not good at haggling or any of that stuff. My husband calls me a car salesmans dream. Well, I arrived at the Toyota dealership and stood around, looked around, walked around and never saw a sales person. I wanted to buy a car, but I wasn't going to beg for one. I headed down the street and I bought my Sonata from Lawley. When it had around 250,000 miles on it, I gave it to my 18 year old daughter. This year my husband and I needed something small and economical to go to medical appointments throughout the state. We drive 600 miles a week just in a normal week, when we have appointments with specialists add on another 100-200 miles. We headed down to Toyota, my Sonata was awesome, but she didn't exactly sing with that V6 and the gas mileage. I wanted to check out the Prius. A buddy of mine had one and he averaged 50MPG. I knew they were pricey, but I just wanted to take a look. Well, we got there and de'ja vu. We spent ten minutes there and left, not a soul seemed interested in selling us a car. We pulled in the lot a Lawley's and Reed came out and asked us if we knew what type of car we needed. In 15 minutes we had the car we wanted already picked. Everything at te dealership was great. As for the car itself, IT IS AWESOME! My average MPG is 44.6. We got our Accent for under $15K and we're getting 44.6AMPG! The tag I saw on the Prius when we were over there was INSANE! We never could have afforded that car. We love our Accent. Because of how inexpensive it was, we'll be able to afford to keep the Sirius XM, which is totally cool. The Accent also came with a thing where my phone talks through the radio. The buttons to make phone calls are right there on the steering wheel and then everything is voice activated. It makes me feel so much better because I would never answer my phone before when I was driving because it's dangerous as xxxx, right. But my daughter is pregnant and there are a lot of complications and before she couldn't get a hold of me when we were on our way to or from anywhere. Now she can contact me at any time and I am so much more comfortable. Speaking of comfortable. The Accent is comfortable. There's plenty of room to stretch out on the passenger side and sleep and plenty of leg room for the driver as well. Other little things I love about the car, the way the seat belt holder adjusts up and down so the belt doesn't cut into your neck, how the sun visor can move on the bar to block that afternoon sun that always manages to shine right behind your left ear, how the driver seat can adjust up and down, the way the back seats fold down so the trunk can become bigger, how I can watch my MPG as I drive and the two different sets of lights for inside the car instead of just one. Thank you for all these little things that make my car a pleasure to drive. But there is one thing that needs to be addressed. I think providing a tire inflation kit is a nice idea. But to sell a car without a spare tire is an atrocity. It is bad business, it is unsafe and it shows how little you truly care about your customers. Then, to make matters worse, when the offense is pointed out, to charge $400.00 to fix the problem you created is truly insulting. I do not know if it is Lawley or Hyundai who is initiating this misdeed, however I cannot in good conscience tell people of my experience without including this fact." More

Since then I had to have the timing chain and fuel pump changed and it started doing this thing were the transmission jerked. This thing only has 79000 miles and the tranny jerks and on long trips the ac blower will cut out. I have taken it to the service department tour times and they say they can't reproduce the problem. Then the other day I got a letter from gm staying that my vehicle my need a ring job because there is a problem with the 2.4 engine burning oil. I am fed up and I go there to try and trade it in for a new one and they want 600 a month or a certified 2013 for 540 a month and I can only pick between these to cars. They are crooked and they like to be this way to active duty members such as myself. More

They put a "security system" on car for $699 that you have no choice about. Finance manager told me it was worked in to price - it was not. Once the sale is made the saleswoman disappeared. N that you have no choice about. Finance manager told me it was worked in to price - it was not. Once the sale is made the saleswoman disappeared. No small talk or niceties while I waited 2 hours for car to come back from 'cleaning'. Not at all knowledgeable about license plate issues and then they use a third party which drags out the process by weeks. Not at all a good experience. No help calling to talk to managers. They put you off then never return calls. Steer clear of Lawley - go to Tucson - anywhere but Lawley!!! More
Poor customer service. Only cared about the 100,000 mile items. They had previously been done. So no checking of fluids just the mileage associated. They indicated on the fuel filter light, in which I said items. They had previously been done. So no checking of fluids just the mileage associated. They indicated on the fuel filter light, in which I said was accomplished but could not get the light to go out. Took the truck home where it died. After looking at the vehicle they had unpressurized the fuel system and did not reprime it. Not to mention a said two hour wait for a 0900 appointment oil change appointment, Had a friend the same day that had an appointment and also waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation in which they did not do the tire rotation but would have charged him if it didn't mention it. So he'll wonder if they actually change the oil. DO NOT GO TO ANY LAWLEY LOT IN SIERRA VISTA. More
