I was going to trade in my car for a coupe at Lawley. I am from out of town so I tried to handle as much over phone, text and email as possible. I was working with the sales woman from Lawley and I sent he am from out of town so I tried to handle as much over phone, text and email as possible. I was working with the sales woman from Lawley and I sent her the information on my trade over email. The KBB value of my car from excellent to fair condition was $20,000 to 18,000. NOW, when I mention this to her she says she "needs to run it by the sales manager and that he's been pricing cars for a long time and this is what they do best" - (preemptively and passive aggressively trying to justify bull****). So she calls back later with a trade in value of... want to take a guess? $14,000!!!!! LOL, really? 1st off my car is in great condition, secondly the KBB values are over $4,000 above that, AND finally, this is the best, she tells me "that the KBB values are not REALISTIC." . . . . . Really??? The KBB values are not realistic? In what world? Planet Rip-you-the-heck-off? I just took my car to a dealer in town and they traded her in for a very fair price within the KBB range. Avoid Lawley at all costs! More
I cannot be happier with my experience dealing with sales associate Liz Vasquez. Buying a vehicle whether new or used from a dealership can be quite intimidating, (trust me I know from buying a few new vehi associate Liz Vasquez. Buying a vehicle whether new or used from a dealership can be quite intimidating, (trust me I know from buying a few new vehicles through Lawley.) How fortunate I was to be contacted by LIZ. She was personable, attentive to all my concerns, well-educated on the vehicles, and insured I drove off the lot with the best truck in my price range and budget. I highly recommend her as a sales associate as her professional and friendly demeanor guaranteed my return to Lawley the next time I buy a vehicle for my family in January. P.S. If Sean Lawley reads these reviews….Liz deserves a raise. Valued Customer, Tom More
We are completely satisfied with our buy experience! Liz & Richard made it very smooth & simple to purchase our SUV--at a very affordable price. It was great team work by all management & staff. Even though I went in on a Wednesday and received a quote for a vehicle and a trade in, on the following Monday when I returned they told me they had no record of my quote, that the vehicle did not exist and for a vehicle and a trade in, on the following Monday when I returned they told me they had no record of my quote, that the vehicle did not exist and that it was now 5,000 more than it had been on Wednesday. They admitted that their salesmen did not do their jobs correctly and there was nothing they could do about it. No one in leadership in dealership would do anything about it. More
I took my truck in for some minor service work. Grant was a great guy. He called me several times to keep me informed. He even gave me a ride home to save me some hassle. a great guy. He called me several times to keep me informed. He even gave me a ride home to save me some hassle. More
Let me start simply with Lawley sucks. If you plan to purchase expect atleast 7 credit checks to be ran. Expect to have your loan pre approved and then... Declined. Expect to be told to sign new loan pap purchase expect atleast 7 credit checks to be ran. Expect to have your loan pre approved and then... Declined. Expect to be told to sign new loan papers and maybe even to have to return your vehicle. If you do get a loan expect to wait atleast 30 days for you to have an approved loan. Expect them to forget to clean it. I had to take mine and leave it for a full day 3 different times before they finally half way cleaned it. I decided to use my "free" oil changes also having to leave the vehicle the entire day for a 30 min oil change... By the way don't expect to recieve a phone call to notify you that your vehicle is ready. My friends dropped there vehicle off for a warranty issue it has been there 2.5 weeks with no notice of when it will be ready. Leave SIERRA VISTA before you buy a car because lawley owns most of the used lots as well although they wont taint them with there logo. More
