My First Hyundai Purchase Experience Kalid A. was my salesperson. I am doing this review at work late at night and so sorry I cannot remember everyone's names I met at the dealership. Eve Kalid A. was my salesperson. I am doing this review at work late at night and so sorry I cannot remember everyone's names I met at the dealership. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful and of course being a woman attempting to make the right decisions on my own makes it more difficult. I would like to thank the staff at Lawley for their hospitality and making me feel welcome and at ease during this overwhelming process of trading and dealing for a vehicle which will become a large part of my life. I spend many hours in my vehicle and I want to thank the staff for explaining the naviga- tion system and other features to me. I even called back after leaving the dealership with questions about the navigation system and Miek was very helpful ! Again I'm sorry I cannot remember everyone's names. I do remember John Paul and I remember all the other faces and their friendly smiles just terrible with names! More

My one complaint has to be miscommunication between employees - it seems the person who checked me in neglected to tell the assigned person that I was waiting for my vehicle. I spent an extra 20 minutes waiting while they tried to call me at home - not exactly a perfect ending. More
