I was disappointed that the paperwork said my tailgate was missing a screw but they didnt replace it or at least ask me if i wanted them to replace it. Ed Morse was able to get me in for service within a couple days and fixed what I thought was a multiple-day project within one business day. Took it in for my first oil change . they failed to top off the diesel exhaust fluid and it doesn’t appear that they rotated the tires. When I went to pick it up, the service department they failed to top off the diesel exhaust fluid and it doesn’t appear that they rotated the tires. When I went to pick it up, the service department was closed and nobody could find my keys. I had to drive back over there the next day to get my keys roughly 80 miles. I guess I’m not sure if I’ll take it back there or not. More
