Gavin and his associate Riley and Mike in finance were great! Personable,knowledgeable, and very patient with our questions and concerns. We bought a used car a little over a year ago from Elijah. We went to trade it in yesterday and found out that the CarFax shows an accident on it. He sent me screenshots of the CarFax via text message Elijah. We went to trade it in yesterday and found out that the CarFax shows an accident on it. He sent me screenshots of the CarFax via text message, but failed to show the accident. We paid full price for the used car then and then got dinged when trading it in because it had been wrecked. Elijah and this dealership has taken us for about $8000-$10000 now. Very disappointed. More
