This dealership has no integrity. I didn't make it a half mile from the lot when the check engine light came on indicating a bad catalytic converter, a $2000. repair. I'll never do business with any kind of GM dealership again More

He knows us, our whole family and treats us better than any salesman ever has. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, cares about what we're spending to get us the best deal, is honest and tells us his opinions. When it comes to cars and doing deals the right way, I will always call him first. More

Confirmed on a Saturday afternoon that a vehicle was available with two different people via e-mail and so I setup an appointment for Monday. I was e-mailed by one of the same people on Sunday asking i available with two different people via e-mail and so I setup an appointment for Monday. I was e-mailed by one of the same people on Sunday asking if I had any more questions so I confirmed again that it was available and was told that it was. Before my appointment on Monday I confirmed once more since it was not a local dealer to me and was told that the vehicle had sold on Saturday. I started e-mailing both of them to find out what happened since I had taken off work to see the vehicle and that's when I started getting "canned" responses to my inquiries that had nothing to do with what I was asking. They started asking about a trade-in (even though the vehicle that I had an appointment to see had sold before I had even made the appointment) and that they would like to show me some other vehicles that they had on the lot. It sounded like they just wanted to get me in the door and they would have if I hadn't confirmed again before leaving to head their way. IMHO, this is a very disorganized dealer and even after all of the hassle/confusion they offered no apology and did not seem to care that I had been inconvenienced. It all ended up working out after I found a good local Chevy dealer and found a vehicle that I liked even more than the one at Ed Martin. I did end up spending $10K more than I had planned to at Ed Martin on one with less miles and 1 year newer but it is exactly what I had been looking for and the local dealer was great. Happy that it all worked out but Ed Marin Chevrolet Cadillac has a lot to learn about customer service and especially communication. More
We bought a used 2018 Ford Fusion. We test drove it on a Saturday morning. We came to a deal later that afternoon over the phone (we live out of town). On the next Friday, we picked it up and drove it home and realized that none of the steering wheel buttons worked and it did not run well at higher speeds. We took in back Monday because neither of those issues occurred when we test drove it the week earlier. The sales person agreed to look at the issues. He told us to bring it back in a week. They offered to fix the buttons at no charge because he said he knows they worked. He said the issue driving at speed is a shudder in the transmission and "it's the nature of the beast". He said that Ford might have an update for it. I asked if he could have Ed Martin Ford (just down the street) look at it since he was going to have it all week. I was told "it'll be on your dime and would be best if you contact them". I understand a used car will not be perfect and never once asked the issues to be fixed at no charge. I only asked that it be looked at to determine the problem. Instead it seemed all they wanted to do was get this car off their lot so it was to longer their problem. I picked up the car on Friday evening, drove straight to the Ford dealership in my town and dropped it off as I do not feel confident with it's reliability. They were more than happy to look at it first thing Monday. More
Ed Martin dealership sold My wife and I a damaged 2022 Cadillac. They have not responded back on the Estimates they requested to repair the damage. To be ignored is very unprofessional and dishonest. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made in 35 years. We were notified about this great pre-owned car deal from a friend after the salesman, Brent Bramwell, advertised it on Facebook. We bought the car in less than an hour from the posting. The dealership detailed the car, ran it through service and installed 4 new tires. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Ed Martin/Brent Bramwell again. More

They are Chevy-loyal customers and I work with Ford Motor company so we wanted to support American manufacturing. After doing research, we selected Ed Martin Chevrolet based on reviews and ratings. We had an outstanding experience, even with my high expectations working on behalf of Ford in Florida. This dealership has a wonderful sales and finance team, and puts the *customer first.* Their care and concern for my aunt and uncle, who are new residents to the area, was impressive. Brian McKinney was an excellent ambassador of the Chevrolet brand and of the dealership. He was thorough, answered his phone on a Sunday, and worked hard to ensure we had an enjoyable and beneficial transaction. They love their Chevrolet Equinox and, on our way to the celebration dinner tonight, we all enjoyed our turn driving. I am so proud of this company and this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership as they do business the right way. Thank you so much for your outstanding sales and service departments who work hard every day. More
