No one approached me to ask if I needed help when I entered, and I had to call to touch base with Alissa Barnes (though in her defense, she has held up with another customer). When I came back, I was handed off to their certified sales consultant, Bralen Henderson. He was a consummate professional and answered all my questions to the best of his ability, quickly routing inquiries to his manager when he didn’t know the answer. He never pressured me and was patient and sincere. He may be new, but I think the rest of the staff may be able to learn something from him. More
