"WOW What A Great Experience" I was recently referred to Aaron Smith by a friend of mine who recently leased a car from Ed Martin Acura and her experience was very pleasant. So, I I was recently referred to Aaron Smith by a friend of mine who recently leased a car from Ed Martin Acura and her experience was very pleasant. So, I thought it was high time to move forward with the Dream of purchasing a new car. I contacted Aaron and from the minute we spoke, I knew I was in good hands. You see, my situation was very unique to say the least, I have been driving a 2003 Ford Thunderbird for 10 years that I purchased after going through tuff times and paying cash for her didn't do anything to improve my credit history. I walked in not knowing if I would even get approved to purchase a vehicle. Well, I am here to tell you that they did everything they could do in order for me to drive away with my Dream Car "Black Beauty". From first contact to purchase, top notch dealership I first contacted the dealership through a listing for vehicles. Alyssa Barnes responded within a very short time indicating that the vehicle was avai I first contacted the dealership through a listing for vehicles. Alyssa Barnes responded within a very short time indicating that the vehicle was available. Later that afternoon I visited and spoke with Bert Rabell, Senior Sales Consultant. I looked at three different vehicles ranging in age from 2010 to 2016, unsure which would be best for us. Bert spent about two hours with me that first evening going over financing and a possible base payment. The next day my wife and I returned to drive a Toyota Prius 2010, and then looked at a 2016 Honda Accord which I had looked at for payments the night before. It turned out that the mileage on the 2016 placed it closer in range for us to finance than the Toyota. I put $1000 down that evening, and arranged to come in the next morning to put down another $1000 for a total of $2000. When we returned the following morning, we had a few more questions which were answered. We looked again at financing options and brought the payment down slightly with combining both a power train warranty and GAP insurance, in the event that anything happened to total the vehicle, insuring that we would not have the payments continuing after such a catastrophe. In total, Bert was patient, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable and helpful in all areas. He was the best representative I've had for purchasing a car, and in the event that I look for another vehicle, I'm most likely to return to the Acura Dealership because Bert is there. Very grateful for this connection. More
