Bert was able to explain the areas of the MDX that were the same and those different / improved than our current RDX, thus we had a feeling of a familiar environment that has been updated with better safety and technology, with the same solid vehicle we have previously bought or leased from Acura. Bert worked through the negotiation part well between us and his sales mgr. In all we feel very good (meaning no stress this time, as can be typical in an auto dealer) about our experience with Bert, and an Ed Martin dealership. More
