He spent alot of time with us. He was ready to answer any questions we had. And told us to contact him with any further questions. We are very happy with the RDX. The staff at Ed Martin Accura is and always has been top of the line. And we really appreciate that. We had an MDX before. The service department, especially Jolene has always taken great care of us. Audrey didn’t try to sell me a car, she sold me the best experience purchasing a car I’ve ever had in 40yrs. usally ill spend hours a days negotiating no need to, Audrey listened. Integrity sorely lacking! Established a dialog with Will Fitzsimmons in an attempt to purchase a used 2017 Accura RDX on 7-18-2019. We agreed on an appointment time of 11:30 A Established a dialog with Will Fitzsimmons in an attempt to purchase a used 2017 Accura RDX on 7-18-2019. We agreed on an appointment time of 11:30 AM for me to test drive the car and complete the purchase. I was driving to the dealership from Louisville, KY. A 2.5 hour trip. Halfway through the trip I received a phone call from Will stating that the car had been sold the morning we were supposed to meet. Needless to say, that was very frustrating and disappointing. At no time during our discussions did Will indicate the car may not be available due to it being sold before I could get there. Nor did he offer me any option to hold the car. I guess the bottom line on this experience is that I expected more from a salesman and dealership that sells high-end vehicles like the Accura. More

After "talking to my manager", Karen called back and said that it was $369/mo with $4,414 down. You have to qualify as recent grad, military AND have a loyalty promotion. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. There is no such deal as they are advertising. I would like to know how many people have ever qualified for the "DEAL" they are advertising. UPDATE: Sales manager (Gabe Greene) called me and told me that he would sue me if I didn't take down the review. I revised my language. This is a shameful dealership.
