Response: Thank you Gabe for your kind words about my new vehicle. I LOVE my new car! It handles amazing, the dealership was friendly, easy to deal with, and there are no problems with the new car! It’s too bad I didn’t have this experience (as other reviews suggest as well) with your dealership. Gabe Greene offered to return my BMW to me and make it as so ‘the deal never happened.’ My BMW trade in had been sitting on a used car lot for many weeks, driven by numerous people, had only knows how many miles put on it, and had been titled out of my name. I would have had zero protection from BMW and am happy you’ve made this offer known to the general public. This is how highly Mr. Greene thinks of the RDX’s that his dealership sells. Additionally, thank you Gabe for acknowledging the failures of your dealership to correctly fix the brand new 2020 RDX A-Spec after several attempts. Update: Submitted a refund for a tire and wheel protection plan on October 16th and was told it was processed on October 21st and Gabe would get me the amount. As of the 28th, I still do not have an amount. Unacceptable! Ed Martin couldn’t correctly fix the stains on my rear seat so I was forced to take it to another dealer. Due to the issues I had with Ed Martin Acura, I did not feel comfortable returning the vehicle to them as I’m sure anyone would feel. I was told the GlassCoat was ‘nonrefundable’ yet due to their actions and inability to properly fix, total protection could not be re-added. Shameful. No refund at all offered. BUYERS BEWARE!
