Unbelievable experience! My husband and I found our Acura TLX on Ed Martin's website. Living two hours from Indy, we did not have the luxury of being able to look directly at My husband and I found our Acura TLX on Ed Martin's website. Living two hours from Indy, we did not have the luxury of being able to look directly at the car. We spoke with Audrey Green concerning the car. Audrey assured us of the availability and went out of her way to hold the car for us until we could make the trip to see it. We explained that we did NOT want to spend all day in the dealership and essentially made the deal for the purchase of the car over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership all papers were ready for our signatures, the car was absolutely pristine and Audrey spent a good deal of time making sure we were comfortable with the car; syncing our phones and showing us all the bells and whistles. We spent a TOTAL of 40 minutes in the dealership!!! The concern for what WE wanted, the efficiency of staff, and friendliness of everyone at the dealership more than impressed us! We will drive two hours (and 14 minutes) for a car from now on!!! More
