I found an Acura 2013 online and called Ed Martin Acura and was assigned to Bryan. I asked if there was a car fax and Bryan printed it out, took a look and said everything looked fine. Excellent car buying experience with Audrey at Ed Martin. After 3 weeks of searching online and at other dealerships I found myself back at Ed Martin Acura (I have bought my last two cars there but they didn' After 3 weeks of searching online and at other dealerships I found myself back at Ed Martin Acura (I have bought my last two cars there but they didn't have what I was looking for in my price range at that point). After multiple emails with Audrey about possible options I finally just stopped in to look at one of her cars. I decided it wasn't for me, but as I was leaving I asked if she had any other vehicles in my price range and luckily one had just been traded and wasn't even ready for the lot yet. She took the time to drive me back to take a look at it and the rest was history. Audrey is the absolute best in customer service and product knowledge and Ed Martin Acura is miles ahead of any other dealership out there in how they prep their trade-ins for resale. On a side note, we bring our other two Acuras to Ed Martin for service and the service department is top notch as well. I will be coming to Ed Martin for a long time. More
